I've known kids 12 years old to do it and they were fine. Any kids can do the workout, they just need to take the time to do the workout properly so as to not hurt themselves. Make sure the kids stretch well before the video, so they don't pull muscles. There's nothing wrong with children doing the insanity workout, as long as they do it properly and take the same precautions as adults.
