Nope. I had recently brought a pair of snails, and the cashier told me they could live in fresh water, but after a day in fresh water, both snails died. SO I was quite pissed, went to the store again, and demanded a refund. The cashier got the manager, who then told me they were sea snails. So no, they cant live in fresh water. -_-'

...i also didnt get my freaking refund.
