Leopard geckos are typically insectivores by nature, although one of mine does enjoy a dish of applesauce from time to time. Dried cranberry would not be safe or appropriate due to it's extreme diuretic properties. Also, the items you are suggesting would likely pose an impaction hazard if they were eaten.
