Nope, you pass out long before it can do any damage really.. also, you can't get cancer from marijuana- emphysema, yes. Cancer? No. The smoke from cigarettes causes cancer due to a number of toxins and materials that aren't meant to enter the body, deposits of lead, poisons, tar, etc built up in your lungs and in the tissue lead to cancer.
