I assume you mean a marine biologist. You need a degree in marine biology. This means you will probably have to go to a school near the ocean. You can get basic classes in biology, math and chemistry at any college but you will have to transfer to a college that offers such a degree later. If you are in high-school take classes in chemistry and biology and some math as preparation for such a degree. Also many jobs in marine biology involve some scuba diving and snorkeling so you will eventually need to learn these skills as well.

You need a college degree! Though you can prepare by volunteering at different medical and science programs in the meantime, and take as much biology courses at your school.
The location of a marine biologist is either in a aquarium, near the ocean, outdoors, or in a area that a marine biologist should be working in if they want to study oceanography. Oceanography should be studied near the ocean, not by a lake, river, nor pond an ocean.

Biology, like Calculus and Physics, is a requirement for one to graduate from high school. You can take more advanced Biology courses in college, but they are on top of the pre-college you get from taking a high school Biology course. (Note: There might be some exceptions to this)
