YES, But they have to have a court order giving them this right. They cant just come take it. Unless the card was used to pay for the car. Then the case could be made for it being a reposession. Like the bank does. You would have to check the fine print of the card company and see what they consider correct and just. Its like them garnishing your wages. They cant just come and do it. They have steps to follow and they have to proove the case in court befor they do it. Unless its in the contract you signed to get the card.
