If you are making a baby then, yes, he can. But if you are already pregnant then no. You need to think of something else though. Do you love your baby? If you do, you need to remove yourself from someone who does drugs for your child's sake. It will do your baby NO GOOD to be around someone on drugs. You should think of your baby before you think of your own self.
This can also make your baby addicted to that drug, and if your baby does not get what it needs then it could die and or loose brain cells even when in your woom. Also if your child grows up to be an adult then it can still have there addiction craveings.
