Bad ground? Bad Motor?
If your driver's side window goes down halfway and gets stuck in a 1999 Chevy Suburban, the motor could be failing. It could also indicate the window is off the track.
Probably a bad switch in the drivers door.
Remove the 1997 Chevrolet Suburban drivers side door panel. The window mechanism will be visible. Place the new window into the window track. Secure the window to the track.
The Drivers Door Module or Passenger Door Module on a 2003 suburban is also known as the "window / door lock" switch. These modules are located on each respective door, i.e. driver side door or passenger side door. It is the module that has the door lock/unlock switch and window up/down switch. Hope this helps...
How to remove the window motor from the regulator
There isn't one. Your Suburban only has one washer fluid bottle, but it has two pumps. One for the front windshield and one for the backglass, they are side by side in the reservoir on the driver side inner fender.
No it will not.
Do you have to remove the window to take out the whole power window unit? Or better yet, how do you get it out???
To put a driver's side window back on track on a Ford Expedition you will have to reseat the window. Do this by removing the door panel and putting the window back in place. You can use silicone or Gorilla glue to attach the window. Leave the window in the up position for at least one day once you have it back on place.
