Can not locate block heater cord on your 94 Mercury Topaz Recently bought car and unable to find the cord to plug in its -28 C out car is frozen solid and wont start any advice on where to find cord?

First of all, does it have a block heater? If you do not see an electrical cord coming from mid engine area, then you just might not have one. If the car does not start, and most likely it is flooded with gas, then it really needs a warm garage to check or change the plugs and have the oil and filter changed. Then you can have a block heater installed ( if you do not have one of course ).
