According to the TSA, while Motor oils are not considered as hazardous materials, they however can cause damage when leaked. So no, you cannot bring them on a plane. I checked cause I wanted to bring back 6 qt of Amsoil or Mobil 1 motor oil with me to the Philippines (where my parents live) since they're relatively harder to get there. No luck.
