If you are age 18 I don't think it matters what state you live in.Once you start acting like you are grown and start bossing the parents around it is time to go.If you want to stay, then you might want to try to help out around the house, keep your room clean, get a job and help them pay for a few of the bills they have been paying to take care of you while you were not old enough to do it.Parents are really great people.Their love is unconditional but that doesn't mean they have to put up with someone in there house that doesn't respect them anymore.

The parents are responsible for the child until they turn 18. They can allow the law to step in and work with the child, consult social services to see what is available in your area.

Yes they can you are considered a legal adult at 18 that means if you get into trouble your are also on your own no more parents to clean up your mess.
