Nobody dies of a broken heart. You may think that you can not live without that person but the true is that you can......I also think is really dome if you kill yourself for somebody that doesn't like you or ect.....

∙ 15y agoIm not sure that you can die from a broken heart but it can lead to depression and if depression is left without seeking help then the person may commit suicide. So a broken heart could lead to death but that is only if the person becomes so depressed that they dont feel like life is worth living for without the person that broke their heart.

∙ 14y agoYes, they can unfortunately die from their heart being broken. Men can die from this as well. One way this happens is because a person may become so distraught over them losing someone they cared for so much, they become depressed. This depression may lead to them not eating, staying inside all the time, ceasing to take care of themselves, and other things that can be detrimental to ones health. Eventually, the person succumbs to the illnesses the heartbreak has brought on and they pass away.

∙ 13y agoin real life you can really have a broken heart. doctors can back me up on this. but in the love world a broken heart is like cancer in a love world. its comman and it spreads. it takes a lot of time and the right kind of medicine to cure your broken heart. for some of the unlucky ones, we have to learn how to heal on our own.
