Yes. People can have chest pain for a number of reasons including Heart disease, high blood pressure, emphysema, copd, pneumonia, lung problems, chest wall pain due to injury and other causes. If you have unexplained chest pain frequently and especially with activity you should see your doctor about it. Many people with heart disease have normal pulse and blood pressure. In about a third of patients with heart disease, a heart attack is the first sign of it and they never had any chest pain warning. Talk to your doctor about it, please.
