YES!!!!!!Ring worm is highly contagious... in humans, dogs, cats, and all other species to my knowledge. I work at an SPCA ( they are not all affiliated ) and we had just one kitten that had it and we had to throw away, I'd say about $1500 worth of cat condos and such because it is transferred in their fur and also in the air! I realize frogs are obviously fur-less however it is a fungus that can live for at least 24 hours, not only on the patient but in it living area and premises It is curable but takes lots and lots of patients and time and cleanliness.... actually crazily disinfecting and unfortunately throwing things away. Use a disinfectant first then bleach to clean items that can be saved. I'm not sure how to treat a frog with ring worm, nor do I know if it can be treated but YES it is definitely contagious to humans!!!
