If they were not killed when the lava was molten, yes.
Of course once the lava is solid they can grow ON the lava. However until the lava rock has begun to decompose into soil it is usually hard for the plants to get enough water. Either the lava rock is impervious to water and it all runs off or the lava rock is so porous that water all drains away through it.
Actually yes they do some plants do but they are not flowers like grass does
The reason that the majority of aquatic plants grow near the surface of water is sunlight- the deeper you go, the less light makes it through the water. Because plants need sunlight for photosynthesis, most will then grow in shallower water because they will have more light.
no but they use their lava to grow. because when the lava dries on a volcanoe it will turn into hard rock mmaking it grow
because when the lava hits the water it cools down at a rapid rate turning it into rock or basically land and the ash from a volcano is very fertile to help grow plants and things with
Mangroves like Rhizophora, Avicinia, brougrera etc.
Lava, when decomposed into soil, helps plants including crops grow.
they grow near ponds because they have water in which the plants need to live
plants that grow in tropical climate grow near the bottom. plants that grow near the top grow in polar climates. it gets colder the farther you go up a mountain
Freshwater plants grow near the Amazon River. Some of the plants include the Brazilian water ivy, the Amazon sword, and the stargrass.

plants
not really. pioneer plants first come to places like rock or cooled lava and make it and brake it down for other plants to grow. then comes the plants.
Most plants won't grow in soil has salt in it. Some plants will still grow, there are often the types of plants you see growing near the beach.
The plants get more sunlight near the surface of the ocean. They need sunlight to grow and to produce photosynthesis.
