Yes they can. but only if a paramedic is on scene and gets an order from medical control, which is a doctor that is called. the doctor wont say you have to go unless they feel your condition could get worse. besides that they may insist on you going but ask them, did you get an order from medical control? if not i want to RMA (refuse medical treatment).
