On Brainiac they did a test where a man would eat a supplement of food and we would be weighed in right before we would go to the bathroom. They weighed him when he came out and lost more than a pound of weight. So yes you do.

No. Many bulimic people abuse laxatives, in the hopes that it will help them lose weight, but it doesn't work. Laxatives simply make you dehydrated. Becoming dehydrated -- losing a lot of the water in your body -- makes you temporarily thinner, because water is very heavy. But as soon as you drink a big glass of water, the weight will come right back.

People also think that if they take laxatives, they will poop out their food without digesting most of it, and thus they will end up absorbing less calories. This doesn't work, either. Laxatives work mostly on the large intestine, and the majority of food digestion occurs in the upper portion of the small intestine. By the time feces is created, all the calories have already been absorbed.

yes but not permently you gain back the weight when you eat so i wouldn't be heading to the toilet when you wanna look skinner.

Temporarily. That is to say until you eat something but it's not a long term method of weight loss. Try dieting and cardio exercise for that.
