Would it be possible? Yes. Should you do it? Probably not. Hydraulic oil and vegetable oil are very different products- different thicknesses, different properties, different reactions when heated. Using improper fluids will damage equipment and void any warranty you have on it.

A Bobcat loader that will not lift or tilt probably is low on hydraulic fluid. Check the hydraulic fluid and fill to the recommended level.
on the front of the machine, there is a plug (alan wrench style.) if it is leaking from the axle seal it is not hydraulic, it should be 80/90. add to the chain case through the plug on front.
please check level limit in your machine's reservoir, as to much oil also causes problems when hot
