Well, rabbits are vegetarian, so they can eat nearly every vegetable. I had a rabbit myself and loved to eat the green leafy tops of the carrots just as much as the actual veg :D
Mustard seeds are kitniyot so Ashkenazi Jews aren't supposed to eat mustard. Some Sephardi and Mizrachi groups will eat mustard though.
