The only terrain that a rodent can't conquer is a large body of water, but in most cases, that will eventually freeze, and then they cross it! Stucco is not a barrier for rats!
Easy. Roof rats are known for climbing. They go across utility lines, can climb up stucco, use trees touching the building or a convenient hole near the ground, go up through a wall and use your attic to get into others.
What does a bear have to do with Pet Mice and Rats and what on earth is the Great Wall of Chins?
A 100 foot stucco wall will cost about $3.61 per square foot to build. This means the entire price of the wall is about $361.

Yes, Rats can climb along a rope. They do it all the time.
"Pebble dash" isn't a type of stucco material, it's a technique for applying the stucco. Immediately after regular stucco is applied to the wall, pebbles or small rocks are thrown against the wall surface so that they stick to the wet stucco finish. Successfully applying the finish requires some skill and practice. Pebble dash stucco was particularly popular in mission/bungalow buildings of the early 20th century.
It's a super big pain unless you have/can borrow a strong drill with the right bit. They are actually called stucco/brick bits.
Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.Looking at the height of the wall, it was improbable that he would be able to climb over it.
no one nos this but its actually made of stucco
Not if it is applied properly. Exteriors with stucco that fail, usually do so because of design details. These include: flashings, roof overhangs, lack of thru-wall, deck and curb wall intersections, exterior envelope installation, etc.
