Paper material is reused by breaking it down into pulp, which is then cleaned and processed to remove any impurities. Can paper be recycled forever?

yes unless it is burned or torn into tiny peices --- When recycled paper is mixed with water and a mulch made. Its then rolled and dried and made in to large rolls. The issue with paper is that the different colours - i.e. brown and white must be separated before this process or the colour will not meet the normal white appearance we all use for letters etc. There is a small percentage of new material added to the recycle in most cases to keep the white appearance, This is called virgin material. However, work has been underway to make a natural bleaching agent that brings the paper back to the user defined colours. Only fire really destroys the raw materials.
