A regular silicone will not work too well if at all - as an adhesive on Azak.
You can use Liquid Nails on Azak but you need to set a bead and spread it thin on both pieces you are joining. bead them, spread them, wait 10 - 15 minutes, and mate them and wait about 24 hours for a good hard bond- then you can use white silicone to fill the inside corner gaps.
If it were me-- I would use this Liquid Nails method but I would also counter sink screws and then bondo and sand the holes and then spray with Kilz.
