There are several things from slot machines that can cause migraines.

The lights are certainly one of the main cause.

It may also be the sounds around you, if you in a larger casino place. The clicking of coins all around you, that sort of thing.

And once again, if you are in a larger place it can be the odors. Simply having so many people around you wearing different scents can trigger a migraine. Certain food smells can trigger them too. Most casinos are now smoke-free, so we don't have to worry about that any more. But if you did go to a casino where the slots floor was not smoke-free, that could be a trigger as well.
