As long as you believe there is one God (Allah) who had no specific holy son/daughter and you believe in all the prophets Abraham (Ibrahim), Jesus (Issa), Moses (Musa), Mohammed (Peace be unto him - Rasul Mohammad) and others and you do good deeds you are in right path in Islamic view. Also, Christians believe that Jesus was the Christ and the only Son of God (i.e. - Holy Trinity), whereas Islamic views on Jesus Christ vary, depending on the variety of sects of Islam. Many Muslims believe he was a "good prophet" and was a holy son of God. The two do not necessarily contradict each other. Many people of faith in the very religiously tolerant Ethiopia believe in both. Also, Rastafarians do actually follow some of the paths of Islam. There is no valid logical reason that you cannot be a Muslim and Christian at the same time. God (Allah) will love you and support you the same way given you follow the right path that God has allotted for mankind.

Answer AYes, millions of Muslims convert to Christianity every year. There are more new Christians every year than new adherents to any other religion and the majority of them are exMuslims.

A Muslim official in Africa stated that every year 6 Million Muslims in Africa convert to Christianity. That is 16,000 people a day in Africa alone. (See video below)

Answer BYes, Muslims can become Christians the same way Christians can become Muslims. It is the free choice of anyone to choose the religion he/she feels convinced with. However, one would be hold responsible of His/her choice or belief in front of God (the Creator) on the Resurrection Day) then either be accepted in God Paradise, per God mercy; or be pushed in Hell fire. It may be also differentiated between the motivation of poor people (especially in Africa who are starving) who convert to Christianity to have better living conditions and the motivation of those European American and religious people who convert to Islam. Refer to links below; just as few examples; on famous converts to Islam and why they converted to Islam..
