Can someone help with a 2000 cougar V6 broke fob and door locks will not turn alarm goes off but car will start how do you disable alarm?

well, you can pull the fuse. its number 25, its yellow, and its under the drivers dash. but that will negate the power locks as well. i know that if you have locked your car with the keys, and then unlock it manually, or from inside the car, it will set the alarm off. other than that, you most likely will have to have the system removed. i have been told its persnickety.
