The list of items in your question is very varied and each has a different role/purpose and each in itself is a career stream.
1. SAP - It is an IT Technology that is very hot as of now. There are many training courses available on this but it is very costly to learn + has high paying job opportunities as well
2. ITIL - ITIL is a framework for IT Service Management used by IT companies to improve the quality of service they provide to their customer. You need to be a lead or manager in order to use this certification
3. CBAP - CBAP is a certification for Business Analysts. To be one you need to have sound understanding of the business (banking/automobile/insurance/healthcare etc) and be a subject matter expert on that business to make use of this certification
4. PMP/Prince2 - PMP & Prince 2 are two project management related certifications. People will expect you to have atleast 8 to 10 years of IT Experience before holding either certification will add any value to your resume.
I would suggest you learn some technology like Java, J2ee, Oracle, .NET, etc and get yourself a Job.
Note: As you have just finished your IT degree, the SAP training is the only viable thing. All other certifications have a certain basic experience requirement which as of now you may not have to pursue them.
