Not sure I understand the question but if the policy was already issued, then there should be no problem. Once a policy is issued, it cannot be cancelled by the insurance company unless, among other things, premiums are not paid or fraud is involved.
if someone died and left an insurance policy and named me beneficiary how can i find out
Call them and their insurance company.
Usually not without getting fired. :(
I would call the person who hit you. Tell them you are calling your insurance company about it and tell them they need to call their insurance as well. That should start the process.
You can create an account with CAA Insurance on their website. You should see on the top left Create An Account and fill in your information and you should be set to go.
Normally, yes, this will be covered by an insurance company. However the best thing to do is phone your insurance company and explain your situation and ask them to sort it out. Sewerage is not something to avoid, if left open and exposed it can cause bacteria and spread disease. Getting this fixed is crucial and should be pointed out and stressed upon the insurance company that you deal with.
You need to call your insurance company to remove the vehicle from your policy. If you are getting a new vehicle, you need to add that vehicle on. If you are not getting a new vehicle, the insurance company will send you a check for whatever amount of money you had left on the policy that was not earned because you did not have the policy for the full term.
The car's insurance would kick in first because YOU gave them permission. Their insurance would pay for whatever is left over.
Follow it up as much as you can and get your insurance company involved if you are going to make a claim as they will try and get monies from someone else if they can transfer the responsibility.
If they left the scene of the accident, then you don't have their name either ... need to have a name before trying to find out insurance information. Chances are, the person who "hit and run" has no insurance and probably was driving without a license and/or expired car registration. This is why insureds carry uninsured motorist coverage.
Only an unintelligent person would say that being addicted to a drug or drugs is better than to love someone. Certainly loving someone can bring certain people pain, but pain is part of life and all drugs manage to do is cover the pain (person is in a stupor,) but eventually the drugs will take its toll on the body and the person is left with poor health; loss of brain cells and eventually death.
if u both left and someone is filing insurance claim, BOTH parties will get charged with Leaving the scene of an accident and may not be able to file insurance claim
