Honestly you wouldn't stand a chance. In order to get an asylum in Norway you've got to get it through the UN.
There are however ways to get work in Norway, and thus slowly work your way to a Norwegian citizen-ship. Since Greece is a part of EU Greeks are free to move to Norway and work there. However, they may not do so forever.
