yes, there are no drug interactions between the two... naproxen (similar to ibuprofen) is even added to some oxycodone mixtures... ibuprofen will at most increase the analgesic effects of oxycotin...

Ibuprofen is different than oxycodone and the ingredients in vicodin (hydrocodone/acetaminophen). Since the ingredients are not related someone who is allergic to ibuprofen should be able to take oxycodone or vicodin.
