Believe or not, the basic riffs and chords of Rock Music are based on Classical Music. We could hear classical music transported in modern rock pieces all the time. In the Boston rock band,s song Peace of mind, features an extended coda based on violin solos. The same band has another song named Long time. The foreplay part of this song, has an intense homophonic Beethoven type cross over.
