you wont get the same taste from using double cream instead of sour cream and the consistency might be a bit off.
Just took a loaf out of the oven, mine uses milk and oil. A cup of milk and 1/4 cup oil. Banana bread is pretty forgiving, you could even use water and oil.
No? Well Actually you can. I never use oil in my cakes always sour cream. If you do not wish to make a scratch cake try looking up the WASC recipe and use any flavor. Happy Caking
