The ONLY thing that can heal disease is the body itself. You simply need to provide it with the right things. Other than good nutrition, physical activity, water and rest....you NEED to get enough sunlight. It produces a hormone in your body called vitamin D which regulates your immune system, repairs DNA damage, strengthens bones, and many many other things. Get your sunlight and as long as your consuming enough antioxidant rich foods you have nothing to worry about by way of sun damage...just don't get burnt!
