Message board graphics can be accessed by both Supervisors and non-Supervisors. See the related links below for the link to the WikiAnswer message board graphics.
Only supervisors have access to the Supervisors Forum. If you are not a supervisor you must use the Community Forum, or send a message to a specific supervisor. To send a message to an individual (supervisor or not) first go to their profile and click the message envelope icon.
Assuming you are referring to the CAPTCHA message that you must do before you send a message, then, no. Supervisors do not have to do those. WikiGuides also do not have to do those.
Nope anyone can.
Currently, you cannot block certain individuals from writing on your message board. You can block all Non-Supervisors from writing on your message board by emailing WikiAnswers @ Answers.com(remove spaces) and asking for them to do so. Please note that this will not block Supervisors or Community Assistants.
Only WikiAnswers' Supervisors can access @WikiAnswers email addresses. They can access that email by clicking the "My email" link in the Blue Bar. Non-Supervisors can use the message board system to contact other contributors. Please see the Help Center link located in the Related Links section of this answer for more details on the message boards.

You could post a message on their board making suggestions in areas you think they might improve.
Absolutely ! The site is moderated by Supervisors (such as myself). Each category has a number of supervisors who oversee what's happening. Any user can contact a supervisor via their message board.
Non-Supervisors: Connect your Answers.com account to your Facebook account. Supervisors: As above or contact Ganderton via his message board, asking to switch profiles.
Many users and supervisors are busy. Patience or email may be your best choice to receive an answer. It may also be that the user does not have an answer and you should post the question in public instead of on a message board.
