Can the block and head from a D15B2 cross with the manifold from a D16A6?

Yes. The head castings are the same. The valve sizes are the same. Head cc's are the same. The cams are different A6 are a little better and I hear that potentially the valve springs are different probably making the A6 ones stiffer.
