Yes, if the throttle plate is stuck closed.
someone probably got a little water in the the module it may work after it dries out...it may not
is that you mick?
Simply a device to prevent the throttle from moving more than a pre-determined amount. On "butterfly" throttle plate equiped engines this can be to stop the throttle plate from moving past the ideal highest flow point. If it moves past this point the air flow can hold the throttle open. In other cases a throttle stop can be used to limit the amount of power the engine can produce by limiting how much throttle can be employed. Common an small beginer quads and motorcycles so daddy can keep the speed down to a non-fatal level.
Perhaps throttle plate is stuck - try to free with a screwdrive in the throttle body
she is so funny
That truck has two fuel injectors in the throttle body. I doubt that both are bad. I would suspect the fuel pump is faulty.
Sounds like the throttle sensor, throttle body needs to be replaced.

Not likely.
Could be that the throttle plate (in throttle body) is stuck open. Try to "free up" by sticking a screw driver into throttle body
You push the throttle forward or press f3 or f4 :)
