Perception refers to how we interpret and make sense of information through our senses, while attitude is a learned tendency to behave in a certain way towards an object, person, or situation. In essence, perception is about understanding the world around us, whereas attitude is about our predisposition or inclination towards it.
it always exists when you thik of it without your mind you will realize it that it is not different from you
The world is the mind and the mind is the world, without one, there cannot be the other, however since both are awake illusions, you must use your mind to determine the validity of its existence.

That's an opinionated question. In my mind no because I've had 6 in my life time

No birth control is 100% effective, and there is always the risk of sexually transmitted disease. With that in mind, you have to decide what is 'safe' for you.
The answer to your question can be found in this real life example. The "War on Terror". For some view "terrorists" as bad guys and view themselves as the good guys. To the "terrorists" they view the west as the bad guys and themselves as good guys. It all depends on the mind that is perceiving it. When you get caught into either of these sides, your mind is trapped in relativity. Whenever you have a "Me vs. them" perception you are caught in the relativity of the mortal mind. It is death. I say mortal mind because a dualistic mind cannot exist on its' own - because it is dualistic. There are two of them. They must be in opposition to each other for each other to exist.
Opinion is a belief or judgment about something, often based on personal feelings or experiences. Perception is the way in which something is understood or interpreted through our senses and experiences. In other words, opinion is a subjective view while perception is how we interpret the world around us.
