Not in the legal sense. In the US a minor who is pregnant or has a child has all the same rights to her child as does an adult. The minor cannot be forced to have an abortion, place the child for adoption or in forced to relinquish her parental rights in any manner except by a direct order of the court. The court does not have the power to force a minor female to have an abortion or place a child for adoption but it can remove the child from the mother's care if there is proof of abuse or neglect. A pregnant minor who needs assistance should contact the state's division of children and family services (sometimes called health or human services or something similar).
