That eye is most likely blind.
She is not blind...but she did have laser eye surgery because she could not see far away.
He was born blind he could see but his vision was so bad he was legally blind but he had eye surgery and is not longer blind

At first she got a disease and got half blind then she had surgery and eventually they took out her right eye and then... after that i am not 100% sure
To have a laser eye sight surgery performed it is required that you have very bad eye sight. In fact without being almost blind it is very hard to be qualified for this procedure.

Then it is more than likely blind in that eye and may need surgery, you never know...lol. Like i said it is probably blind in that eye and the reason it could have fell off is that it might be dehydrated or its cage is not as moist and humid as it should be.
