NO, not really, the rear seat of my 940 has an arm rest that drops down to allow you to put long items from the trunk and into the rear of the car.
Access to the trunk from the inside back seat can only be done via this small hole,which is about 6 inches square, so it would depend on why you want to access the trunk from this area.
If say you left your keys in the trunk then yes you could open this wee hole and put your hand in, but if you wanted to climb into the trunk, then No.

No, a Lexus 300 SE does not allow access to the trunk through the back seats. The only way to get this would be to customize the car yourself.
