I am positive that they can. I say this because Tigers, along with house cats, are considered Felines. Almost all felines will land on their feet because it's a reflex. It's done almost involuntary.

Yes, tigers do have paws. If you go to Google images and type in "Tiger Paws" you will see the picture. Like other animals it also has a paw with very sharp nails on it.
