Feeders found from outside always have risks of carrying parasites and sicknesses. If you are able to find a captive bred colony or a seller, great. Make sure that the feeders are no bigger than the space between the animals eyes.

∙ 11y agolike all live feeders a stable source of food and water need to be provided if the feeders are being left in over night. If there is not the locust will resort to its next best option, which ultimately would be your leopard geckos eyes or finger tips.

Any gecko, regardless of species should not be consuming live feeders bigger that the space between the geckos eyes. Yes, approptiately sized locusts would be acceptable for tokay geckos. Don't forget to gutload and dustfeeders prior to feeding.
