I don't think so, since Middle East does not have a lot of vegetation as compared to many countries and cannot be compared with Africa. White lions are very rare and have been found in Africa. Unless someone has imported one, but still its very hard for it to survive in deserted place.

Maybe till the 20's and 30's of the last century there were lions to be found in Libya in some outlying places But now I don't think..!! Lions was still to be found in the Middle East till the 30's and I know that some drivers were eaten by lions in Saudi Arabia in the 50's
