It might be possible, since the A-H1N1/09 virus can be picked up from an infected person from their feces (which might be on the surface of intestinal worms being transferred from person to person). But, compared to the other methods of getting the virus from another person, the incidence would be low, and you would likely have gotten it from them from other contact first, anyway. The Swine Flu is most easily and frequently passed through respiratory droplets and close contact between people with exchange of saliva, nasal drainage, or sputum, usually by transfer from hand to hand or coughs and sneezes.

There are very many reasons to wash your hands after using the restroom, this is another important one to keep in mind, you wouldn't want to have to be fighting infection of a virus at the same time as fighting an infestation of parasites.
