You may have pylonefritis . It is a kidney infection caused from an untreated UTI . Mostly like what your confusing your yeast infection with . If you start expirencing abnormal body shaking (rigors) go to to er iimmediately . Do not fret they will give you an iv with very strong medicine to kill the bacteria .
