If by a transcript you mean the actual messages themselves then the answer is no. Nobody can get the actual text messages and what they say without a court order. All you can get is the same info that shows on the bill if you have detailed billing. You can get the date/time they were sent/received and what numbers they were sent to/from.
To delete text messages, if using the touch screen, go to messaging. Then press the little button at the bottom that had the 4 lines (it is next to the little house symbol). When options come up, click on delete threads. But warning: doing this will delete ALL of your messages. I don't know a way on how to delete only one.
