Yes, there is. There are several Camp Half-Bloods springing up across the nation - the largest branch is currently in Austin, Texas, with other branches in Wichita Falls, Texas and Decater, Georgia.

In Greek Mythology, no, there wasn't a Camp Half Blood. But, Chiron did have some type of camp where he is said to have taught heroes such as Hercules. the author does use a lot of accurate stories and characters from Greek Mythology, such as the Gorgons, Kronos, Atlas, Daedelus, Achilles, Icarus, et cetera.
