Apparently not in the UK, but if you hold a valid learners permit, you may operate a motor driven cycle with no passenger on non highway roads. The vehicle must reach the the speed limit of the roads, and if it doesnt, you must drive the vehicle on the right traffic lane. This law applies in the state of Massachusetts and many others, although, no, in the UK you must have a full license. For the state of Mass, once you have your license you may drive passengers in/on your motor driven cycle, in a side car or on the back, if there is a back seat.
It depends on the laws of the specific region or country. In some places, 15-year-olds may be allowed to ride a 50cc moped with the appropriate license or permit. It's important to check with local authorities to ensure compliance with age restrictions and licensing requirements.
Check with your local BMV. Some states allow for people to ride 50cc mopeds at 14. Some at 15+. Again check with your local BMV.

yes
u can ride a 50cc bike or a moped at the age of 16 yrs in india....but u cant ride a bike above 50cc if ur not 18 yrs ....
That all depends on the size of an engine. If it is under 50cc (in Michigan at least) you must be at least 15 and get a moped license which costs about 8 bucks, and you have to register the moped and put a sticker ont he back that costs 15 bucks. If it is OVER 50cc you need a driver's license and a moped endorsement. If it IS under 50cc AND you have a driver's license, you're good to go. Also, if you get a driver's license after you get a moped license, you have to give up the moped license, but you can still legally ride it

No, you do not need a motorcycle endorsement to operate a 50cc and under moped or scooter in Oregon. You do, however need either a regular driver's license, or a moped-restricted Class-C license.
you must have a valid motorcycle license if the moped is over 50 cc's. you must be at least 16 with a valid drivers license if it is less that 50cc's.
