Dear Reader: Allergies arise from the bodies immune system reacting to sustances which have entered the bloodstream or systems connected to the bloodstream. Almost any thing can cause an alergic reaction in any one. There are common alergies and those which are not so common. In the case you are concerned with "bleach", it may need to be determined if it is the bleach itself or an additive or something the bleach is disolving or reacting with. Even the container the bleach comes in could be disolved in a proportion which causes a reaction in the very sensitive person. Some persons have reactions to taste or smell which make them have allergic like symptoms. Your alergist may help with that and the aformentioned. Dwight
To my kowledge, there is no bleach in rice.
If a person is allergic to bleach they should not swim in a pool. Most pools contain chlorine, which is a form of bleach used to disinfect and sanitize water.
A terrible allergic reaction for bleach can last for days. If you are having too big of an issue, you should see medical attention.
Bleach alternatives and natural alternatives are good if you are allergic to bleach. You need to stay away from chlorine which is the main allergen.+++It's NOT an allergen. Nor is its main ingredient chlorine: it is a compound of chlorine. It is however an IRRITANT, (and toxic if you drink it) because it is corrosive, and if it mixes with an acid it will liberate the corrosive gas, chlorine. (I know, indeed need to know, because I use powerful versions of bleach professionally.)
Yes, exposure to bleach can cause skin irritation and allergic reactions in some people, leading to symptoms like hives. It is important to use bleach in a well-ventilated area, wear protective gear, and rinse off any exposed skin promptly to reduce the risk of skin reactions.
Good question! I think my 18-month-old has a bleach allergy. He seems to break out in a rash when the daycare uses certain cleaners to clean the toys.
The best way to get rid of black mold is to use bleach containing products. The mold causes severe allergic reactions in people who have breathing problems.
You can be allergic to school. I know someone's daughter who can only go to school in the winter and beginning of June because of the dust mites. What you need to do is talk to your teacher and have them clean everything with odorless bleach over the weekend and sweep the carpets and maybe switch to dry erase boards to help stop sneezing. Go to your allergist and have them vaccinate you for school. YOU CANNOT BE ALLERGIC TO HOMEWORK, {SO DONT EVEN TRY IT} LOL :)
You can be allergic to both but being allergic to one does not mean you will be allergic to the other.
