No - too young to even petition for it.

You can't at 14, you are too young.
Certainly not at age 14. They have not demonstrated that they can take care of themselves.
No, not just because of your age. You can petition the court to be emancipated at 14 - if you have good reason. Otherwise you are not emancipated until you are 18 years of age. To be emanicpated prior to 18 you have to petition the copurt to grant you emancipated status.
No, fourteen is much too young. Most places require the minor to be at least 16 and show proof of support to get emancipated.

A minor can get emancipated at the age of 16 in the state of Maine. The minor will have to get an attorney to represent them in court and to file paperwork for the judge to hear the case.
{| |- | You cannot. Georgia does not have an emancipation statute. You will have to wait until you reach the age of 18. |}

In Maine, a minor may be emancipated if they are at least 16 years old and able to financially support themselves. There are no specific laws dictating when a minor can move out, but they must have parental consent or be emancipated to live independently. It is recommended to seek legal advice if unsure about specific circumstances.
i think children should be able to do whatever they want and if there parents do not have a relationship with them and the child has tried reaching out but nothing i believe that children can get emancipated if they have a place to live besides the streets and have a way of getting schooling and shelter and clothing, and food. No matter what age they are children should be able to get emancipated.
If they are emancipated, they are no longer considered 'under age.' In order to be emancipated, they have to show that they can take care of themselves and have financial stability.
