You could be pregnant but you could also just be stressed out. Stress can make your period late or even keep you from having one. You could have been stressed and not ovulated. You could have been stressed and not had one altogether. I suggest you take a pregnancy test.
In my opinion, pregnancy symptoms are very similar to symptoms you get when you have your period (tender breasts/nipples, cramps, bloating, fatigue, mood changes etc.). The only way to find out is to take a test.
One week after your period is abnormal to have ovulated. What is your cycle like? Are you standard 28 days? Ovulation is about 10 days after your period (give or take). I don't think that you are pregnant. To be pregnant you also need to be sexually active and not use protection. Spotting could be related to other factors in your life, particularly stress but could also be medication related, particularly new Birth Control pill types /formulations. Track your progress and if you miss your period (and are normally regular with it) then grab a test kit and check your HCG levels. Until then (about a months time) you cannot definitively know unless you get a blood test.

∙ 16y agohello every one is different. first of all how old are u? If ur in ur 35 to 40 u may be going through menapause. but my wife spotted for a week and she was pregnant u need a test to find out for sure . let me know ur out come. if ur pregnant and are excited then good luck.

∙ 15y agoThis can be due to pregnancy or a irregular period. It's best to ere on the side of caution & perform a pregnancy test in 7-14 days time. It will be accurate then. Hi, I also had that one time,but then i counted how manny times ihad sex with my boyfriend and that was how late my period was. You may be pregnant, but take a test just to be sure. Dr. Amy sayd to me yesterday that you should do a test just before your next period. So good luck and hang in there don't worry to much it may causes your period to be late.

Spotting before you get a heavier flow is very normal...If you are normally like clockwork and you only have spotting and do not get a regular flo within the next 3-4 days then it is very possible that you are pregnant and that the spotting is implantation bleeding.

Spotting alone is not an indication of pregnancy, you would have to have other symptoms to tie it in. It could be a sign of implantation. I would wait for more symptoms or a late AF before assuming PG.
